SSA Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Operations Manager in Seattle to lead day-to-day food service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. You will coordinate staffing, training, safety programs, and quality control while partnering with venue leadership to meet financial targets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting know-how, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning front-of-house and back-of-house

Competenze

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across client, HQ, and GM.
• Leadership and team-building abilities in a fast-paced food service setting.
• Analytical thinking with budgeting, forecasting, and merchandising experience.
• Ability to manage payroll, staffing levels, and compliance with state/federal laws.
• Comfortable with computers and standard office software.
