Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Box Office Representative to support guests at live events. You will supervise front-line Guest Services staff, assist guests with tickets, seating, and information, and coordinate with security and other departments to ensure smooth events.
A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in entertainment venues, and a willingness to travel to NY
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience or similar leadership in events/venue operations.
- Experience in managing front-line guest services staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, nights and holidays.
Responsabilités
- Supervise and lead front-line Guest Services staff.
- Coordinate pre-event setup and staff assignments.
- Collaborate with Security and other departments during events and emergencies.
- Ensure staff adhere to policies, standards and appearance guidelines.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to staff.
- Assist with guest seating, lost articles, and customer inquiries as needed.
