Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Box Office Representative to assist guests at live events by selling and collecting tickets, guiding attendees to seats and facilities, and addressing guest needs.

You will verify tickets, help guests with accessibility, and ensure safety and smooth operations throughout events. This role requires strong communication and independence, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.
• Greet guests attending events who come to the box office.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
• Provide accommodation for guests with special needs both prior to and day of show.
• Inform guests of the venue layout and direct them to restrooms, concessions, and designated seats.
• Identify fake tickets or credentials and educate guests on where to buy authentic tickets.
• Settle seating disputes or help solve guest concerns.
• Assist guests in finding seats, and guiding them to exits in case of emergency.
• Participate in sustainability efforts and help collect recyclables and educate fans about programs.
• Collaborate with team to close the venue after events and maintain order.
