The role requires experience in box office and ticketing management, strong leadership, and excellent customer service. A flexible schedule and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management is required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in cash handling is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership, management and customer service skills.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures and music genres is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Box Office Department and organize daily and nightly operations.
• Support and assist staff in all box office functions as needed.
• Maintain positive, creative team environment and open communications with other venue departments.
• Provide staff training, participate in evaluations and goal setting.
• Recruit and hire staff in alignment with club/ theatre guidelines.
• Ensure ADA ticketing compliance and accurate ticket counts for events.
• Collaborate with Premium Seat Sales/VIP teams on upsells and inventory.
• Handle cash and reconcile seller cash drawers; assist with daily revenue.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with talent/guest services as required.
