Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Part-time Box Office Representative to assist guests at live events, collect admissions, help with seating, and locate facilities. The role emphasizes supervision of front-line Guest Services staff and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced venue environment.

The position requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in events, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to travel to NY venues.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years' supervisory experience in events or venue operations.
60 college credits or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Experience completing reports and documenting staff performance.
Ability to engage cross-department relationships and influence within team.
Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise front-line Guest Services staff and manage daily operations.
Provide high-energy leadership and model company objectives.
Coordinate with Security and other departments during events and emergencies.
Coach staff and deliver timely feedback to front-line personnel.
Oversee pre-event staff assignments and ensure proper venue standards.
Address guest concerns promptly and implement recovery solutions when necessary.
Ensure appearance, presentation guidelines, and policies are followed on-site.
