Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Box Office Supervisor to oversee daily and nightly operations at a NYC venue. You will manage Will Call, Guest List, ticket sales and scanning while supporting staff and maintaining a positive team environment.

The role requires experience in ticketing management, strong leadership and cash handling skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain excellent customer service.
• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a live event environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning).
• Assist and support box office staff in their functions as needed.
• Maintain a positive and productive department environment.
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication with venue staff.
• Provide ongoing staff training and participate in evaluations.
• Recruit and hire staff following company guidelines.
• Promote excellent customer service in all guest interactions.
• Assure staffing levels meet venue needs and set development goals.
