Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management.
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Experience in Cash Handling.
• Leadership, Management and Customer Service.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Box Office department and daily operations.
• Support box office staff in their functions as needed.
• Ensure a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Communicate with Box Office Manager and other venue departments.
• Provide staff training and conduct evaluations (90-day, annual).
• Assist in staffing, payroll scheduling, and staff development goals.
• Recruit and hire staff following venue guidelines.
• Promote superior customer service in all guest interactions.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile ticket sales.
• Assist in on-site venue meetings and reporting.
