Responsibilities

• Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.
• Greet guests attending events who come to the box office.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using color/date criteria.
• Provide accommodations for guests with special needs before and day of show.
• Inform guests of venue layout and direct to restrooms, concessions, seats/sections.
• Identify fake tickets or credentials and educate guests on authentic tickets.
• Settle seating disputes or help solve guest concerns.
• Assist guests in finding seats and guide them with lighting as needed.
• Show CARE by supporting venue sustainability programs and recycling efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members to close the venue and store equipment properly.
• Maintain order and safety, reporting concerns to management.
• Guide guests to exits or provide emergency instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
