You will supervise daily assignments, monitor room status, ensure cleanliness standards, and uphold brand expectations, while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to boost performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, keep key control, and ensure team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status and report maintenance needs for timely readiness.
• Maintain organized spaces and support hotel operations as needed.
