Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring top cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will inspect rooms and public areas, train staff, and manage daily assignments and key control to maintain brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
