Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams while upholding quality and brand standards across guest spaces.

You will train and support staff, inspect rooms, and oversee daily assignments to ensure consistent performance and prompt guest responses. This role requires organization, reliability, and flexibility to cover weekends and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
