Job summary

Concord in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will guide your team and ensure clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams; inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and brand standards; train and support staff to drive performance; and manage daily assignments, guest requests, and readiness to exceed service expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.

• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
