A leading hospitality group in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to supervise all housekeeping activities, ensure cleanliness, and foster guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of management experience, exceptional time management skills, and detail-oriented attitude. Duties encompass coaching staff, maintaining inventories, and enhancing service quality. This role also requires excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in Spanish preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years housekeeping management experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year degree in Hotel, Hospitality, or related major.
• Bilingual knowledge preferred (Spanish).
• Basic computer skills: Word and Excel required.
• Able to properly schedule Associates.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Trains housekeeping and laundry staff according to expectations.
• Inspects and evaluates physical condition of guestrooms and public areas.
• Responsible for inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Manages energy conservation programs and key control.
• Participates in development of annual budgets.
