Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group Inc invites a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our rooms division at the Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport. You will coach and guide the housekeeping team, ensure QA standards, and support the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage shifts, holidays, and staffing to maintain spotless, guest-ready rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest comfort.
• Perform QA for the Housekeeping department.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper and act in their capacity when off duty.
• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Laundry staff.
• Clean and inspect rooms, including surfaces, linens, and amenities.
• Monitor inventory and restock carts and linen closets.
• Report missing or damaged items and manage lost and found per procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services during peak times and guest requests.
