Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor in Hawaii to lead daily guest service operations, ensuring seamless front- and back-of-house processes and accurate room inventory.

You will coach and train staff, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with guests and associates. You will direct check-in/check-out procedures, analyze reports, and adjust schedules to meet guest, associate, and financial needs while upholding high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work under pressure.
• Proven leadership capabilities with coaching and training skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and hospitality service skills.
• Working knowledge of computer software, especially property management systems, and ability to analyze reports.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory or management roles in hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guest service operations, including front- and back-of-house duties and schedules.
• Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures and accurate room inventory.
• Provide hands-on training, development, and coaching for customer service approaches.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships through effective communication.
• Monitor and analyze reports to communicate needs and improve service.
