Formación

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with check-in or directions.
• Supervise Front Services staff including training and scheduling.
• Coordinate luggage collection and delivery and log items accurately.
• Provide prompt information and recommendations for local attractions and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Services areas and reports any security concerns.
