Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, and events to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach hourly team members, maintain service standards, assist with cash handling and inventory, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication and guest-resolution abilities.
• Ability to lead by example, work presence, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift and keep service flowing across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team members on service standards, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, and smooth front- and back-of-house operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking.
