Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, communicating clearly with staff, and supporting daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth, friendly experience for all guests in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to stand, walk and continuously perform behind the front desk.
• Proficient in basic math and able to use a calculator for day-to-day tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing Front Office operations and guest interactions.
• Greet guests warmly, verify information, and complete registrations efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate policies clearly.
• Balance a house bank, process payments, and post charges to accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to the appropriate team.
