Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Hilton Atlanta Airport on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the housekeeping team, coach staff, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training staff, assigning tasks, managing supplies, and responding to guest requests to maintain high satisfaction. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Move throughout the building to assist staff when needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching and feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate and discipline staff as needed.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house.
• Assign tasks and manage inventory and supplies to control costs.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and respond to inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
