You will register guests, manage check-ins/outs, promote amenities, and resolve inquiries with a friendly, professional approach. Bilingual skills and a flexible schedule are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to post charges.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with hotel software.
• Spanish language ability is a plus and can aid guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Register guests and assign rooms; conduct check-out processes.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information and directions.
