Qualifications

• MUST have previous hotel front desk supervisory experience or hotel front desk experience.
• Outstanding guest service skills and strong hospitality skills.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations of the front desk.
• Warmly welcome and register guests.
• Ensure guest stays meet Hilton's Brand Standards.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Supervise and train front office staff.
• Act as MOD when required.
