Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West is seeking a front desk agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and provide outstanding service. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, promote hotel amenities, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Demonstrate good computer skills.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Hotel experience preferred but not mandatory; customer service background valued.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• Time management skills.
• Strong communication with public and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on every interaction and register them in the system.
• Register guests and assign rooms, conduct check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide accurate information and respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Promote hotel amenities and services using knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages, and arrivals/departures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety policies and participate in trainings and team meetings.
