Job summary

Embassy Suites Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver exceptional guest service in a busy hotel environment.

The role involves training front office staff, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to franchise standards while maintaining a courteous guest experience. Prior supervisory and hotel guest services experience is preferred, with flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Provide training to front office staff as directed by Management.
• Assign duties to Guest Service Representatives and observe performance to ensure standards.
• Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns professionally.
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Be flexible in schedule: mornings or nights, including weekends and holidays.
• Answer phones.
