Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for transactions and balance handling.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge of company, department and Gaming Control Board rules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Availability to work any day and shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilités

• Practice, support and promote Service Standards at all times.
• Create reservations and check guests in and out accurately.
• Operate terminal, issue keys and perform routine maintenance.
• Greet guests by name and respond to questions with department knowledge.
• Assist supervisors with guests needing special accommodations.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Keep front/back of house areas clean and inform on supplies.
