Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Supervisor for Public Area to deliver outstanding guest service while inspecting and maintaining cleanliness and safety across all public spaces. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and escort guests to requested areas as needed.

The role requires clear communication with guests and team members, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Have basic math skills and be computer literate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Must be able to work any day including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
• Inspect public areas for standards of cleanliness, service and safety.
• Escort Guests as needed and respond to requests.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and ensure safety compliance.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
