Qualifications

• Experience managing front desk staff.
• Ability to interview, hire, train and schedule front desk personnel.
• Proven customer service excellence and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing levels of front desk staff, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling.
• Understand front office roles and duties and perform them when needed.
• Operate the MICROS system for front desk transactions and routine tasks.
• Check AM and PM discrepancy reports accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on guest room needs and maintenance requests.
