Qualifications

• Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing levels for front desk teams, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling.
• Understand front office roles and duties and perform duties as needed.
• Operate the MICROS system accurately for daily transactions.
• Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for guest rooms and maintenance requests.
• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
