Garden of the Gods Collection in Colorado Springs is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee shift operations, assist guests, and manage reservations and inquiries. You will ensure policy adherence and deliver a high standard of service, while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires basic MS Word/Excel skills, a high school diploma, and familiarity with hotel operations; Opera PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in MS Word/Excel.
• Opera property management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front desk shift and ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct shift briefings and pre-shifts for agents.
• Handle check-in/out procedures per hotel standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate reservations, changes and cancellations.
• Provide service recovery and escalate issues when needed.
