Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hotel front desk experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (Hilton systems preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Supervise front desk associates during assigned shifts; coach, train, and mentor team.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and cash handling accuracy.
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance; upsell and engage guests.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates; partner with managers on service initiatives.
