Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous hotel experience, prior Front Desk Supervisor experience desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on the computer.
• Ability to train staff, onboard new hires, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff and oversee lodge operations.
• Lead by example and engage with staff and guests in a friendly manner.
• Monitor day-to-day operations while providing guidance to staff and assisting guests and Members as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damage or safety hazards to appropriate department and follow through to final resolution.
• Perform cashier functions: post charges, make change, balance cashier drawer.
• Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and inspected for arrivals.
• Oversee the housekeeping team—schedules, inspections, orders and special projects.
• Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by manager.
• Assist guests with all needs and resolve guest issues.
