Job summary

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, valet, concierge and reservations, ensuring flawless guest service and smooth communication across departments.

This role focuses on staffing, room allocations, occupancy optimization, staff development, and maintaining high standards of safety and security, all while delivering the brand's signature 'I Am Proud' service.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of OPERA PMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office teams (valet, concierge, reservations and front desk).
• Control guestroom allocations and monitor reservations for optimum occupancy and revenue.
• Assist Front Office Manager in hiring and scheduling personnel.
• Train and develop Front Desk staff to provide flawless service.
• Maintain communication between Front Office and other departments about guests' arrivals, departures and room moves.
• Handle group blocks, arrivals, billing notes, departures and pre-con meetings.
