Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts (Uxbridge) is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead front-end staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold store policies. You will oversee daily operations, coach employees, greet guests, and manage POS transactions to support a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility for day/night shifts and weekends, and you must be at least 18, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for position.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS following corporate standards and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are carried out.
• Manage all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
