Job summary

Global Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise employees, coach staff, greet guests and uphold store policies. You will help ensure a smooth shopping experience and run daily operations in line with management directives.

This role requires flexible hours, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation. We emphasize safety, cash handling, POS operation, and replenishment to keep shelves stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock room, register).
• Lift up to 25 lbs during shift; work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions; address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
