Job summary

Global Partners LP in Lowell is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead a team, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure smooth store operations in line with company policies.

This role handles POS cash processes, replenishes stock, and resolves guest inquiries, collaborating with management to meet daily objectives. Flexible hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and endure intermittent temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash-related tasks.
• Ensure store housekeeping and replenishment duties are done.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
