Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and align daily operations with management directives.

You will coach team members, supervise POS and cash handling, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold safety and security standards while delivering consistent service.

Flexible availability, high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required for this Massachusetts-based role with a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
