Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, coach for performance, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and involves cash handling, POS operations, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including floor, stock, and register.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure management directives are followed.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests to provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished and in-stock.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors as per guidelines.
