Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure management directives are followed.
• Provide coaching to employees to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience for all.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks as applicable.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are replenished.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
