Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

You will coach employees, enforce safety and quality standards, operate the POS and cash processes, maintain stock, and promptly address guest inquiries while supporting management. This role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, and strong communication within a team.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.,).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure duties are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes which includes deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
