Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff and oversee daily processes, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for guests. You will supervise employees, coach performance, greet guests, and uphold safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized in a busy retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position.
• Ability to freely access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping duties are completed.
