Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, greet guests, and ensure smooth POS operations while upholding safety and policy standards.

This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends or holidays, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation; the supervisor will manage cash processes, training, and guest experience to meet store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they perform all duties set by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies and practices.
• Operate POS; maintain proper cash levels and accuracy.
• Ensure housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are executed.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins per guidelines.
