Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff and organize work processes directed by management. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience while adhering to safety, security, and store policies.

You will coach employees, manage POS transactions, and oversee cash handling, deposits, and occasional vendor checks. Flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are completed per management directives.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
