Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store associates and organize work processes under management direction. You will supervise daily tasks, coach employees, greet guests, and uphold safety and operational standards to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes cash handling, inventory replenishment, and vendor checks while maintaining excellent customer service. Flexible hours are expected to cover day, night, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas (sales floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure management-directed duties are performed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Manage cash processes and deposits; handle checks and gift cards.
• Ensure replenishment and in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
