Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and organize work processes to meet store objectives. The role focuses on coaching, welcoming guests, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations.

You will supervise cash handling, POS procedures, and maintain cleanliness, while supporting 24/7 guest service initiatives. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform assigned tasks per management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels as supervised.
• Keep store housekeeping functions complete (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
