Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisory Manager to lead the floor on each shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

You will step into various roles to keep service fast, friendly, and efficient, coaching the team on standards, safety, and performance. This position requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Floor-first work style; lead by example.
• Basic labor, sales and cost-control awareness.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift 25–50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team members on service standards, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events/promotions.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functioning, and smooth FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build operational skills.
