Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, ensuring fast, friendly service and a premier guest experience.

You will coach hourly team members, manage shifts, support promotions, and help with cash handling and inventory while maintaining safety and operational standards on busy evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills
