Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, guiding bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will step into roles as needed to keep service fast and friendly while coaching hourly team members on standards and safety.

A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required. You will also help manage cash, inventory, and labor, while driving sales through guest engagement and events support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and guest issue resolution.
• Floor-first approach with hands-on leadership.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any role as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards and safety.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and event support.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build operational skills.
