Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift, guiding bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will step into roles as needed to keep service flowing and coach teammates on standards.

You’ll also help drive sales and keep facilities in top condition. The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and guest issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift and ensure smooth service across areas.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and event support.
• Maintain facility readiness and oversee FOH/BOH operations.
