Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will coach hourly team members, maintain service standards, manage flow, and support cash handling and labor tracking to build foundational operational skills. This role requires a flexible, energetic leader with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills
