Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff and organize work processes to meet store objectives. The role emphasizes guest experience, cash handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, coaching performance, greeting guests, and ensuring daily operations with a focus on cash, housekeeping, and vendor checks. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Assist in the 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
