Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff and ensure smooth operations while delivering a welcoming experience for guests. The role emphasizes supervision, coaching, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position involves cash handling, POS operation, and maintaining store standards, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform duties per management.Coaching staff with constructive feedback to improve tasks.Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store ops policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels while supervising staff.
• Keep store clean: housekeeping, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
